GET THE APPROVAL WITHIN SIX MONTHS UNDER QUEBEC INVESTOR IMMIGRATION PROGRAM

Government of Canada has established this program to seek those individuals who can contribute in Canada's economy by investing legally obtained money along with their business experience and create new jobs for the Canadian citizens and permanent residents.

The Immigrant Investor Program seeks to attract experienced business people to invest C$400,000 into Canada's economy*. *The individual who has business or managerial experience of two or more years, having a legally obtained net worth of Canadian $ 800,000 and willing to make a secured passive investment of Canadian $400,000 may be eligible under this program.

The individual who don't like to block their CAD$400,000 for five years without bearing any interest, may use the walk away option of investing a sum of CAD $125,000. We can get the eligible individual a loan of $275,000 from a Canadian financial institute if he/she is willing to invest CAD $125,000 in this program. *

This program is government guaranteed and the deposited amount of CAD $400,000 will be returned to the investor after five years without any gain or interest.

In the later program, where financial institute lend the investor a sum of CAD $275000 against the investor's investment of CAD $125,000, the Investor may receive nothing upon completion of five years term because of the compounded interest of the bank on the given loan.
